You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you may only use the App with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

To use certain features of the App, such as creating memory jars or uploading content, you must create an account using your phone number.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information.

• Maintain the security of your account and device.

• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

The App allows you to upload, store, and share content including text, photos, and videos ("User Content").

You retain full ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating the App and providing its features to you and any collaborators you choose to share with.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own your User Content or have the right to upload it.

• Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights.

• Your User Content does not violate any laws or these Terms.

We may remove User Content that violates these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Upload harmful, abusive, or illegal content.

• Attempt to access accounts or data belonging to others.

• Reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the App.

• Use the App to store or share sensitive information (e.g., financial data, health data you do not want stored, or private identifying information of others) unless you understand and accept the risks.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these rules.

We provide cloud storage for your memories. While we use reasonable measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee that content will always be available or secure.

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important content.

The App lets you invite collaborators to specific memory jars.

By doing so, you understand and agree that:

• Collaborators may view every memory inside the jar.

• Collaborators may add, edit, and remove memories in the jar, including memories added by others.

• Only the jar's owner can edit the jar itself or delete it.

• Removing collaborators restricts future access, but they may have already seen or copied content shared earlier.

Use discretion when sharing personal memories.

All content and materials within the App (excluding User Content), including trademarks, logos, designs, and software, are owned by Dendric LLC or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works unless expressly allowed.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if:

• You violate these Terms.

• We determine continued operation or access is unsafe, illegal, or otherwise harmful.

You may stop using the App at any time.

Upon termination, your access to your account may be disabled, but we will allow a reasonable period for you to download your User Content where feasible.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will function without interruption or errors.

• Content will not be lost or corrupted.

• Memories or data will always be retrievable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any:

• Lost data or User Content.

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Damages exceeding the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months (if any).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and store your information. By using the App, you consent to these practices.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
