You choose what to upload. You maintain ownership of all User Content.

• Feature interaction metrics

This data is anonymized or aggregated whenever possible.

• Provide and maintain the App

• Store and display your memories

If you choose to collaborate on a memory jar:

• Collaborators can view every memory in that jar

• Collaborators can add, edit, and remove memories in that jar, including memories added by others

• Only the jar's owner can edit the jar itself or delete it

Removing a collaborator stops future access, but prior access cannot be reversed.

You should only share content you're comfortable sharing.

We may use third-party providers to support features such as:

• Cloud storage

• Authentication

• Analytics

• Error reporting

These providers only access the data necessary to perform their services and are obligated to protect it.

Examples may include:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS)

• Google or Apple mobile platform services

We do not allow third parties to use your data for marketing.

If we offer paid features, payment processing may occur through external platforms or services. These entities may collect limited information needed to complete your purchase (such as payment method details). We do not store full payment information on our servers.

User Content you shared with collaborators may remain visible to them unless they delete it.

ForgetMeNot is not intended for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn such data was collected, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
