You choose what to upload. You maintain ownership of all User Content.

• Feature interaction metrics

• General device and network information

This data is anonymized or aggregated whenever possible.

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the App

• Send you sign-in codes by text message or email

• Store and display your memories

• Sync your data across devices

We do not sell your personal data.

Your data is stored securely using modern cloud infrastructure. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you choose to collaborate on a memory jar:

• Collaborators can view every memory in that jar

• Collaborators can add, edit, and remove memories in that jar, including memories added by others

• Only the jar's owner can edit the jar itself or delete it

Removing a collaborator stops future access, but prior access cannot be reversed.

You should only share content you're comfortable sharing.

We may use third-party providers to support features such as:

• Cloud storage

• Authentication

• Analytics

• Error reporting

• Purchases

These providers only access the data necessary to perform their services and are obligated to protect it.

Examples may include:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS)

• Google or Apple mobile platform services

• RevenueCat (purchase management)

We do not allow third parties to use your data from the App for marketing.

Website Cookies and Advertising

Our website (forget-me-not.co) uses cookies and similar technologies from analytics and advertising partners, including Google (analytics and tag management) and Pinterest (the Pinterest tag). These tools help us understand how visitors use the site, measure the performance of our marketing on those platforms, and may be used to show you relevant ads there. These partners may set cookies in your browser and receive information about your visit, such as pages viewed and general device and browser information.

You can limit or block these cookies at any time through your browser settings.

Paid features, the Timeless subscription and one-time purchases for a jar, are bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Apple and Google process the payment. We never receive or store your card or other payment details.

We use RevenueCat, a subscription management service, to confirm your purchases with the stores. RevenueCat receives your purchase history (what you bought, when, the price, and whether a subscription will renew), linked to your account by an internal account ID rather than your name, phone number, or email address. We also keep a record of each one-time purchase, including the store's transaction ID and the jar it applies to.

We use this information to provide what you bought, to help with refunds and support requests, and to understand how our paid features are used.

Depending on your location, you may have rights including:

• Accessing the data we hold about you

• Requesting deletion of your account and data

• Updating or correcting your information

• Exporting your memories

To request any of these, contact us using the information below.

We retain your data while your account remains active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable timeframe, unless required to retain it for legal or safety reasons.

User Content you shared with collaborators may remain visible to them unless they delete it.

Records of your purchases, held by us and by RevenueCat, are kept after you delete your account as financial records of the payments. They identify you only by an internal account ID, which no longer refers to anyone once your account is deleted. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

ForgetMeNot is not intended for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn such data was collected, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
