You can permanently delete your ForgetMeNot account and all associated data at any time. Here's how.
The fastest way to delete your account is right inside the app:
Open ForgetMeNot and sign in to your account.
Go to Settings, then tap Account.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm when prompted. You'll be asked to confirm twice, since deletion is permanent.
If you've uninstalled ForgetMeNot or can't access your account, email us to request deletion. Accounts are identified by phone number, so please include the phone number associated with your account. We'll verify the request and permanently delete your account and data.
Deleting your account permanently removes:
Your account and profile.
Every memory you've created — text, photos, videos, and audio recordings.
Jars you created, along with their contents.
Jars you own that have collaborators are transferred to another member, so their memories aren't lost. Everything else is permanently erased and cannot be recovered — this action can't be undone.
